My own appartement vs roomates vs campus
we looked at the different housing propositions and the cheapest is the own appartement but with a roomates. Inside the campus it's around 600 for a little room and you don't have your privacy. The own appartment without roomate is expensive if you desired bigger space. The most interesting is to have an own appartemnt but with a roomates since you will pay around 500 per person with good acomodation (around 1000).
What's a lease like?
It depends on the renter. Generally it's the document that is legal and obligating the renter to all the terms and conditions. What is important to point out is the fact that you have a check caution that is you keep in a safe place. How to rent is different in each city and for each renter. It could be 2month paid in advance or just the recent month. Also,you should prouve that you have enough money to pay.
