Housing in DUBLIN

It is very difficult to find a place to settle in Dublin.
YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT AT LEAST 5 MONTH IN ADVANCE !!!
(in august the life duration of an announce is even not a day)

→ I you wish to live in Dublin (I do not speak about the hard-line city center, but rather about the district in 30min of the city center by bus (that is 4-8km of distance), here are the average prices on which you will have to bank (a month and without loads(responsibilities)):

Shared Chamber(room) (thus you will sleep with other people: 250-450€

Private Chamber(room), in corent: 500-700€

Private studio, the equivalent of 10-15m ²: 600-850€

2-room apartment: 1100-1300€

Apartment 2 rooms(chambers): 1400-1800€

More you go out of the city center less it is expensive forcing, but attention on corks in the morning if you take the bus.

→ Prepare time for visits, most of the time visits are decided for the same day or within the next few days, so be flexible and responsive

--> You can go and sleep in a youth hostel while you find an apartment (a sort of multi-room hotel, about €12-16 per person per night + breakfast summary)

--> It is better if you don't have a dog because the owner usually hate them.

--> COLLOCATION IS COMPULSORY !!!
