Global Insurance coverage for students going abroad

JeunExpat Santé is a French coverage plan for expatriates under the age of 30. All health relatee charges are covered (care and hospital) in the entire world including France.

The price is extremely attractive with 30€/month for a complete health insurance coverage (same reimbursmen rules as the French Social Security). In order to take advantage of this offer, you must be under 30 years old, with no family charges and opt for authorized debit of the membership fee or pay by credit card. Care advantages take effect once the person has signed up for the coverage without waiting period or medical questionnaire. Subscription is simplified and only done online.

Health in Galway

Health care in Galway, as in all of Ireland, is expensive (consultation of 40 to 60€). It is therefore important to have your European Health Insurance Card and to take out additional insurance to be reimbursed for all your health costs. EU citizens are covered in Ireland by their European health insurance card. As long as you hold this card, you will be treated as an Irish citizen in health care, whether you are visiting or staying permanently. Work during my studies, UK

Can I work during my studies? Most of students coming to UK for studies with a Tier 4 student visa are allowed to work 20 hours per week maximum during term time. This depends on the type of Tier 4 sponsor type you choose. Per week means a 7-day period starting on a Monday, so if you work with irregular hours or have more than one employer, you will need to keep detailed records of how many hours you work each day in order to ensure you do not exceed the limit.  "Term time" means the period when your Tier 4 sponsor expects you to be studying, and "vacation" means the period when your Tier 4 sponsor does not require you to be studying.
